How do I book a space, and what’s the process?

Simply fill out the Large Group Booking form at the bottom of this page and then you'll recieve an email from our dedicated Events Coordinator within 24-48 hours.

Private Cocktail Bar

This add-on is only available for the Bookstore space. We have the ability to serve your guests cocktails, wine, and packaged beverages, like beer bottles. Bartender labour may apply.

What's the deal with the menu?

We'll work with you to build a custom food quote based on your preferred style of event. We can build menus from items on our regular menu, our event menu or completely custom prix fixe menus.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a credit card on file to hold the space. This card will not be charged unless your minimum spend is not met.

What is a minimum spend?

This is the minimum spend we will accept to reserve a portion of the restaurant at a given time on a given day. All food and beverage purchases count towards this. Add-ons such as live music will not count towards this. Taxes and gratuity are above and beyond this minimum.

What happens if we miss the minimum spend?

The card on file will be charged the difference between the actual spend (sub total) and the minimum spend, plus taxes and gratuity.

Time Limit Policy for Space Usage

To ensure fair access to our facilities, the maximum duration for occupying any given space is 3 hours unless a longer time has been pre-approved before the event.

Are there any restrictions on food and drinks?

We offer in-house catering options, but outside food is allowed with prior approval. Alcohol service must comply with venue policies—reach out for details on bar packages and beverage options!

What happens if the weather changes for outdoor spaces?

For events in the Canopy, The Deck, or The 300s, we always have a backup plan! The Canopy is covered and available year-round, while The Deck and 300s can be adjusted with heaters or moved inside if needed. Let us know your concerns, and we’ll help make sure your event runs smoothly, rain or shine!
